Integrity Heating & Cooling is proud to participate in Lennox’s Feel The Love program again in 2026. On October 8, our team will install a new heating and cooling system for Edgar, a local veteran whose HVAC system has been out of service for several years. The installation will take place as part of Lennox Feel The Love Installation Week, an annual event that brings HVAC professionals together to support people in need.
What is Lennox’s Feel The Love Program?
Lennox Feel The Love is a program that provides heating and cooling systems at no cost to selected recipients.
Each year, people across the United States and Canada nominate deserving members of their communities. Nominees often include veterans, educators, first responders, healthcare professionals, caregivers, volunteers, and families experiencing financial or medical challenges.
After nominations are reviewed, Lennox works with participating local dealers to complete the installations during Feel The Love Installation Week. Lennox provides the equipment, while participating dealers contribute their time and professional expertise.
Since the program began in 2009, Lennox and its dealer partners have donated and installed more than 3,100 heating and cooling systems.

At Integrity Heating & Cooling, we believe in using our experience and resources to improve the lives of members of our community. Our family has lived, worked, raised children, and built a business in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area. For more than 20 years, this community has placed its trust in our team, and participating in Feel The Love is one way we can return some of that support.
Community involvement is an important part of who we are. Feel The Love brings together many of the principles we value: service, craftsmanship, teamwork, and doing the right thing for others.
This Year’s Recipient
This year, our team will have the privilege of serving Edgar, who spent a combined 25 years in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve. Edgar’s HVAC system has been out for many years, and on October 8, Integrity’s professionals are scheduled to install his new system, restoring reliable heating and cooling to his home.
We are grateful for the opportunity to recognize Edgar’s years of service in a practical and lasting way. We hope his new system will make his home a more comfortable place for many seasons to come.
