Family Owned & Operated

Kent and Carrie Lowe moved to Charlotte in 2005 after purchasing their first HVAC business. They established their home in the Huntersville–Lake Norman area, where they raised their three children, all of whom attended local public schools and participated in community sports programs. At the same time, Kent and Carrie continued to grow their business throughout the greater Charlotte region.

Both Kent and Carrie have been active in the community, participating in local Rotary Clubs and volunteering with organizations such as SwimMAC Carolina and the Belmont Rowing Center while supporting their children’s development and activities.

Their children grew up alongside the family business and played an active role in its success. From assisting with office operations and delivering parts to job sites to helping with building maintenance and the disposal of old equipment, they gained firsthand experience in the HVAC industry from an early age.

The Lowe family has also been committed to giving back to the community. Over the years, they have supported charitable initiatives by donating HVAC installations through organizations such as Purple Heart Homes and, more recently, Lennox’s Feel The Love program.

The two youngest children have joined Integrity since 2024, making it a multi-generational family company. Kenneth Lowe officially joined in 2024 after college graduation and has dedicated himself to holding the Service Department to a high standard. Lauren Lowe joined in the fall of 2025 to take on marketing and customer service.

Alonzo Robinson came to do the 12 month service on our new HVAC systems. I’ve been using Integrity for a few years. They always arrive on time and are clear and honest about any issues with the system. Tim does a great job explaining what maintenance he’s doing and is very knowledgeable about the systems function. I would highly recommend this company to repair and maintain your HVAC.

We had a brand new a/c and heat furance installed today. I have used this company for over 12 years and they are great, reliable, knowledgeable. Josh did a great job in sales, explaining everything and Abraham and Demetrius the technicians did an awesome job on the installation, testing and explaining everything. Great company to work with.

I've been using Integrity ever since I had them replace broken my air conditioner three years ago. I'm always impressed with their service and professionalism. When they do preventative maintenance, they walk you through what steps they took and point out any potential problems. They also offer some non-essential extras but they aren't pushy about it.

Last week my furnace stopped working, I called at 8am, and by 9:30 John B came out to take a look. He found that the problem was a faulty sensor, and the root cause was probably gas pressure that was too high, generating too much heat which caused the sensor to fail prematurely. I had places to be later in the day, so he quickly went out to get the parts that he needed. A couple hours after that, he was done with the fix and adjustments, and my house has been warm ever since!

He also identified an early issue with some kind of growth inside my ductwork, looked like mold. He showed me camera footage of the inside of my ductwork and explained how/why this can happen with fiberglass. I opted to have him install an air scrubber to kill the growth and prevent long term (more costly) damage. That wasn't cheap but I did some cursory research after and it seemed the charge was pretty reasonable.

Overall I'm very happy with Integrity, my only complaint is that they will no longer give you a window of time when you schedule preventative maintenance, you have to have the whole day available. That's pretty inconvenient, but it's only twice a year so I can live with it.
