We are the Milo's and on11 May we purchased two complete units from your company. Our reasons were as follows: 1. My daughter found your company on the North Stone website. We then went on your website and read the many fine reviews. Additionally, we checked with a resident who sung your praises. 2. While we were considering "Integrity", we contacted Karen as how to proceed for a loan approval. She was our first "Integrity" contact and her positive attitude, personality, and willingness to answer our questions favorably impressed us. 3. Ennis had set up an appointment for 9 AM but at 8:30 AM. he called to say that he was delayed. His consideration was appreciated. When he arrived, it became apparent that he knew both the product and his presentation was both clear and concise. When he was in the house, he used the shoe coverings. We felt that he listened to our concerns and answered each question asked. He even called the Headquarters to obtain a better loan rate for us. Following our agreeing to terms, he called "Wells Fargo" to ensure that we could obtain the loan amount for the entire purchase for 0 percent interest for 36 months. "Integrity" should be well pleased with the services provided by Karen and Ennis. The fact that we could use a company whose owner is a North Stone resident was a plus for us as we strive to support local business owners.

Ian Davis serviced my two units today and did an excellent job. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. As an 82 year old widow, in a full upper body cast for two broken vertebrae in my back, I am “clueless” as to the workings of my two Heat/AC units. While we are already Integrity customers for the last 5 years since relocating, and have been absolutely pleased with their professionalism and service, we accepted other bids from different HVAC companies to replace our existing HVAC systems as they were aging out after 13 years. Kent, I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to let you know about the service you and your organization have been providing to us for the past few years. In June of 2007, my wife and I completed the construction of our new home. Our three HVAC systems were installed by Hanson Heating & Cooling during our construction period. Shortly after we moved into our home, through acquisitions, Integrity Heating and Cooling became our service provider for our HVAC Units and our primary Service Technician has been Tim Reed. Over the years, Tim has not only been our Service Technician, he has been our advisor when it comes to properly maintaining our HVAC equipment and saving us a considerable amount of money. Tim has also greatly reduced excessive equipment down time through his professional service activities. Let me give you a few examples of Tim’s recommendations and activities which we view to be above and beyond. *Our dryer vent was blowing lint into one of our units. Instead of conducting costly relocation of the vent, Tim described how we I could build a screened box to catch the lint which is working great resolving the problem. *Tim recommended we participate in Integrity’s service agreement. The preventative maintenance conducted twice a year by Tim, has resulted in little equipment down-time. He identified equipment problems which resulted in timely repairs before any equipment failures occurred. *Taking Tim’s recommendation, we also purchased an Extended Warranty Contract for each of our units through Trane. The initial cost of this program has been off-set twice-over by needed equipment repairs, since we purchased this agreement. *During Tim’s last service visit, he discovered a potential electrical issue in one of our electrical boxes that services our main HVAC unit. This resulted in quick follow-up by our electrician to repair the problem, preventing any serious damage. The above short list could go on and on, however, I think you get the message of how we feel about Tim’s work and how he represents Integrity Heating and Cooling. He is also the reason you were at our house checking out the possibility of installing a Humidifier on our equipment. Not only is Tim a great Service Technician, he’s a heck of a sales person as well. Our thanks to Integrity for providing such a quality person as Tim who has taken care of our Heating and Cooling needs without fail.

Dear Mr. Lowe, I am writing to commend you on the professionalism of your company and employees. Everyone we have dealt with in Integrity have been extremely kind and understanding concerning the trouble we were having with our heating and AC unit. We have lived in our home for almost 30 years and have been diligent in keeping it maintained and upgraded. When Integrity came out, recommended by Andrew Clark, they explained that our attic unit was incompatible with the unit outside and why. Although we have been with the same heating and a/c company for 28 years, we decided to go with Integrity due to their findings in the diagnostics. We have paid out a fortune in three systems since we have been here and not once did anyone go into the attic even when they did what they did the six month maintenance.. I was surprised when Andrew Clark went into the attic and used what sounded like an electric screw driver or drill. They discovered much that could have led to serious and potentially hazardous for us. Andrew Clark worked continuous for 2 full days, the second day from 7 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. non-stop. He replaced everything in the attic and made it look like new. He cleaned up after himself, carried away all the debris and still smiled and spoke with kindness. He explained every detail of the unit and took time to show us everything he did to be sure we were happy. After everything was said and done, he presented us with my favorite flower...a yellow rose... to show appreciation in choosing your company. I will be telling others about Integrity and the professionalism of your employees (Mark and Andrew)...We have permanently switched to your company because of the caring and professional way your employees presented themselves to us. We had a preventive maintenance performed by one of your technicians, Tim Reed, today. He was very courteous and professional in his service. He explained what he found, any potential issues, and even extended the drains on the units, when I mentioned the fact that sometimes they leaked. I was very impressed with his customer service. I also took a few minutes to look at his service van. At Hobart, as I see it is at Integrity, a clean image is a great selling tool. His van was washed, and neatly organized. I hate nothing worse than for one of my techs to pull up to a customer’s location with a dirty van, and when they open the door, for trash, or parts to fall out. That is a very poor image. We charge a premium for our services, and as such, we should be better than our competition. Perception is reality. Lastly, he showed me pictures of his work from his phone, as I was signing the invoice. Attention to details is what separates the great from the mediocre. Great job, Tim! I look forward to seeing more great service in 6 months.
